Born Social is a global social media agency that brings social-first thinking to the brands of tomorrow. 

For the last 10 years, we’ve helped brands navigate and harness the chaos of social bringing method to the madness.   From household names like Guinness, Dettol, and Marks & Spencer to the next generation of big brands like Nando's, Fever-Tree, and Mission Tea.  

We're an ambitious team of almost 100 people and not stopping there.  We're growing fast and so we're looking for another Senior Account Director to join our team.

✏️ What you'll be doing:

• Leading our account teams to deliver best in class social first strategy, creative, media and community strategy. Responsible for ensuring the output being developed helps us meet our strategic objectives.
• Leading the development of our Senior Client Relationships and services strategy, responsible for getting under the skin of the brands we partner with and using this insight to inform account direction.
• Leading the commercial management of your account scopes, ensuring all scopes of work are delivered and reporting on their performance. 
• Supporting the development of the Client Services department through teaching, process iteration and reporting. 

👀 Who we're looking for:

• Candidates who are passionate and experienced in client services and project management of global clients.
• Candidates with experience in commercial management and account development.
• Candidates with experience in direct or indirect team leadership and management.
• Candidates who have experience in leading social first output, either as part of an integrated campaign or in isolation.
